Shipping policy

We carefully package all items to help ensure they arrive safely. However, because many of our products are fragile, damage can occasionally occur during shipping.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing theclaycottagestudio@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once we receive your request and confirm the damage, we will issue you a full refund to your original method of payment.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, The Clay Cottage Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

Processing Time

Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
