Due to limited storage space, The Clay Cottage Studio cannot hold finished or unfinished projects indefinitely. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policy:

Pickup Window

Customers will be notified when their items are ready for pickup. All items must be picked up within 30 days of the notification date.

Abandoned Items

Any items not collected within the 30-day pickup window will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items become the property of The Clay Cottage Studio and may be discarded, donated, or sold at our discretion.

No Refunds or Replacements

Abandoned items are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacements.

Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we have accurate and up-to-date contact information so we can notify you when your items are ready.
